Shipping policy

Vitalis Regen INC operates the Green Healthy website and currently focuses on orders shipped within the United States. Orders are prepared from our Rhode Island warehouse on business days, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays.

- Weekday orders are prepared to ship within 24 business hours.
- A tracking number will be emailed when your order ships.
- Most U.S. orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment, depending on carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other conditions outside our control.
- Free standard shipping is available for U.S. mainland orders.
- Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may include an additional $5-$15 shipping surcharge.
- Orders shipping to U.S. territories are quoted at checkout based on real-time carrier rates and may include an additional surcharge.
- Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order.

If a package is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment or refund options. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

We currently do not offer standard international shipping. If you have a special request for delivery outside the United States, please contact us at service@greenhealthy.vip before placing an order.
