Orders ship from our Rhode Island warehouse. Weekday orders are prepared to ship within 24 hours.

Delivery dates are estimates and may vary by carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.

Eligible returns

Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned in resalable condition within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping Policy

Green Healthy currently focuses on orders shipped within the United States. Orders are prepared from our Rhode Island warehouse on business days, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays.

  • Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

If a package is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment or refund options.

Return Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
  • Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and help make it right.
