Answers to common questions about Green Healthy orders, shipping, returns, product labels, and documentation.

Where do orders ship from?

Green Healthy orders ship from our U.S. warehouse in Rhode Island.

How soon will my order ship?

Weekday orders are prepared to ship within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or major U.S. holidays are prepared on the next business day.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Green Healthy is currently focused on U.S. orders. If this changes, our shipping information will be updated before checkout.

Can I return my order?

Return requests may be made within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please contact service@greenhealthy.vip before sending a return.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Once issued, the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact service@greenhealthy.vip within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and help make it right.

Where can I see product labels and ingredients?

Each product page includes product images and Supplement Facts or label information when available. If you have a product label question, contact us before ordering.

Where can I find lab reports?

Our Lab Reports page will be updated as batch documentation becomes available. Current BPC-157 and TB-500 documentation is being prepared.

Can you provide medical advice?

No. Green Healthy cannot provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment guidance. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any dietary supplement, especially if you take medication, have a medical condition, are pregnant, nursing, or purchasing for a child.

Are your products intended to treat disease?

No. Green Healthy products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but order changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered warehouse processing.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Green Healthy does not store your full credit card details.
